Chimera, anything but an illusion.In Chimera we have created something that encapsulates design, one that is a vision transmitted through a pen that never leaves the paper. That is Chimera, just like the mythical Greek creature ours is a vision of different forms.
Made of curved and hammered smoked glass, the table amazes with the sinuous shape of the top that curves in three strategic points so as to cradle the structure that supports it. The special processing of glass means that the light can play and create the illusion of waves rippled by the wind.
Available in three different heights for multiple choreographic compositions.

Set aside the name and everything that it conjures, and you are left with a chair that is the design brief few would ever accept, but yearn to attempt. Belair thus, is the design lovers' dream, one who wants to experiment with contrasts and materials, one who feels that more can be done with raw design and one who feels that the art of relaxation can only be achieved if the environment is constructed to be as such. Belair then is a dialogue, one of oxymoron and sober simplicity. One where the metal frame cradles intelligently crafted cushions, hand stitched and cared for; one where the construction appears like the chair is floating and one which invites you to take a moment and appreciate its beauty before appreciating how you are at ease with its presence. Trying is then, believing.

If the sofa style, from where this is taken, was all about finding a moment for yourself, then Mayfair Dream is all about continuing with this design ideology. We have again gotten to play with strong emotions, that of style and substance, one that gives a unique personality to more classic interiors as well as contemporary styles. We have played with the elements of haute couture to again bring quality to the foreground; refined stitching, sartorial excellence and use of padded down mate- rials evoke sensations of comfort at first sight. Again, we introduce features that showcase a precise and passionate approach to furniture construction, the movement of the headrest is from the sofa, providing not only comfort but a modern appreciation of function over theatrics.

Take the basic principle of what a chair is, do you have it? It needs to be comfortable, supported, have a style and character that is also unique and even be inspired by something greater... that is what Nascar is about. One look at the back rest and you'd be forgiven for wanting to instantly take a seat. How about the swooping lines, curved arms, a sense of familiarity whilst seated? Did you even notice the legs, maintaining an intrinsic design style that continues with the total aesthetic features of the chair. Everything is created to have a purpose, with Nascar, this is about taking that basic principle of the chair and injecting something completely new into the living space.

A first glance at this armchair and you would be forgiven if your mind didn't take you to some elaborate film set, then again, it looks like it would belong in such a place. The only stirring happening here is that of emotions, those that appreciate what design can conjure when given time to develop. Goldfinger is a versatile armchair with classic features. Wide seat and high back give great comfort, the back is given precedence with a functionally beautiful zip and the overall finish is heightened with the piping in either contrasting style or "ton sur ton." The result is an armchair that is graceful yet firm, soft yet imposing; it's a case study of coexistence and it does it magnificently well.

Mayfair is a modern approach to mindful design, placing what matters, comfort, over the self. A movement of the backrest provides superior comfort, and yet when in it is in standard position, it showcases the thought-out unilateral design and exceptional stitching in each cushioned element. The seating, the backrest and the armrests demonstrate unique styling, playing with unilateral cushioned effect throughout; the legs again are an uncommon vertical design that plays to the Arketipo way. We are working with design that matches our desires in style without forgetting about our own needs. Sometimes the beautiful is all that it is, beautiful, with Mayfair we're making our own statement, "it's good to think about yourself."
Founded in 2007 by Leonardo and Marzia Dainelli, Dainelli Studio is a Milan-based architecture firm with a dual soul: product and interior design. The studio was initially opened in Pisa, in the heart of Tuscany, where Leonardo and Marzia lived and worked for over 12 years before moving to Milan. The nature, the marble quarries, the culture and the artisanal know-how characteristic of this region mark a strong imprinting in the design style of the studio. Their ongoing research on image and form – a distinctive aspect of Dainelli Studio – leads to concrete results of refined design, based on perfectly gauged proportions and harmony between forms, materials and finishes. Every project embodies in-depth design culture with knowledge of industrial production techniques and craftsmanship. The ability to establish dialogue with the environment and the individual product permits the creation of every element required for the construction of a completely personalized project: from a tailor-made object to the total look of a complete habitat.
